酸枣仁汤加减治疗持续性姿势-知觉性头晕疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的 剖析持续性姿势-知觉性头晕予以酸枣仁汤加减治疗的价值。方法 本次研究于泰州市第四人民医院老年科门诊2020年11月—2021年10月期间收治的100例持续性姿势-知觉性头晕患者,经双盲法分为两组,对照组行西药治疗,观察组基于对照组加用酸枣仁汤加减。比较两组治疗总有效率、焦虑和抑郁评分、躯体症状评分、睡眠质量评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025);观察组治疗后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.241、12.519,P<0.001);观察组治疗后的躯体症状评分、睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 酸枣仁汤加减干预能在提升持续性姿势-知觉性头晕治疗效果方面产生积极影响。Objective To analyze the value of Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of persistent postural-perceptual dizziness. Methods In this study, 100 patients with persistent posture-perceptual dizziness who were admitted to the outpatient department of geriatrics of Taizhou Fourth People′s Hospital from November 2020 to October 2021 were divided into two groups by double-blind method, and the control group received western medicine treatment., the observation group was supplemented with Suanzaoren Decoction based on the control group. The total effective rate, anxiety and depression scores, somatic symptom scores and sleep guality score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00% higher than that of the control group 82.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005, P=0.025).The anxiety score and the depression score of the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=13.241, 12.519, P<0.001).The somatic symptom scores and the sleep quality score of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001). Conclusion Modified Suanzaoren Decoction intervention can have a positive effect on improving the treatment effect of persistent postural-perceptual dizziness, which is worthy of attention and promotion.
