中药炮制对含苷类药物疗效和不良反应的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探析含苷类药物进行中药炮制对患者临床疗效与不良反应的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年4月在邳州市中医院接受含苷类药物治疗的82例患者为研究对象,经随机数表法实施分组,其中41例未接受炮制含苷类药物治疗患者纳入对照组,41例接受中药炮制含苷类药物治疗患者纳入观察组。比较两组疗效、不良反应、生活质量。结果观察组疗效总有效率为95.12%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.100,P<0.05);观察组发生头晕、发热等不良反应2例,发生率为4.88%,明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组躯体、角色、情绪及社会功能评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者接受经中药炮制的含苷类药物治疗,疗效与生活质量显著优于未经中药炮制药物治疗患者,且不良反应更少,安全性更高。Objective To explore the effect of the preparation of glycosides-containing drugs in traditional Chinese medicine on the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients.Methods A total of 82 patients treated with glycosides-containing drugs received in Pizhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Grouped by the digital table method,41patients who did not receive processed glycoside-containing drugs were selected as the control group,and 41 patients who received traditional Chinese medicine-containing glycoside-containing drugs were selected as the observation group.Comparison of efficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.100,P<0.05).In the observation group,2 cases of adverse reactions such as dizziness,fever occurred,and the incidence rate was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The function score of body,role,emotion and society of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients receiving the treatment with glycosides prepared by traditional Chinese medicine,the curative effect and quality of life of the patients after treatment are significantly better than those of the patients without the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine,and the patients have fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
