MHT治疗围绝经期综合征患者效果评价分析

摘　　要：目的深入分析绝经雌激素替代疗法(menopause hormone therapy,MHT)治疗围绝经经期综合征患者的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月—2020年11月新泰市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心90例围绝经期综合征患者,遵循随机数表法均分成两组,其中45例接受常规药物治疗的患者设为对照组,另外45例接受MHT的患者设为观察组,对比两组围绝经期综合征患者的临床疗效、卵巢功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组治疗有效率93.3%高于对照组治疗有效率77.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.406,P<0.05);观察组FSH、E2等激素水平改善情况明显,与对照组相比改善情况更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率比对照组低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论围绝经期综合征患者接受MHT治疗后,患者卵巢功能明显改善,调节雌激素水平的同时降低了各类不良反应的发生,治疗有效性、安全性受到了许多人认可,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of estrogen replacement therapy(MHT)in the treatment of patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods From November 2019 to November 2020,90 patients with perimenopausal menstrual syndrome in Xintai Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center were selected.Divided them into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,45 patients who received conventional drug treatment were set as the control group,and the other 45 patients who received MHT were set as the observation group.The clinical efficacy,ovarian function indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Results After treatment,the treatment effective rate in the observation group was93.3%higher than that in the control group,which was 77.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.406,P<0.05);the improvement of FSH,E2 and other hormone levels in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ovarian function was significantly improved in patients with perimenopausal syndrome who received MHT estrogen replacement therapy.While regulating the level of estrogen,it reduces the occurrence of various adverse reactions.The efficacy and safety of the treatment have been recognized by many people,and worthy of clinical promotion.
