摘　　要：血氨检测作为临床中常见类蛋白质代谢物检测的项目,因为现阶段临床中血氨检测标本量相对比较少,而且影响血氨检测的因素较多。若是对检测人员培训不得当,将会造成检测的结果准确性和差异性比较大,会对临床的诊疗工作造成严重影响。基于此,本文将分析血氨检测的影响因素,进而提升检测质量。Blood ammonia detection is a common clinical item of protein metabolite detection.Because the amount of blood ammonia detection samples in clinical practice is relatively small at this stage,and there are many factors that affect blood ammonia detection.If the testing personnel are not properly trained,the accuracy and variability of the testing results will be relatively large,which will seriously affect the clinical diagnosis and treatment work.Based on this,this paper will analyze the influencing factors of blood ammonia detection,and then improve the detection quality.
