摘　　要：颈源性头痛是由于颈椎病损所导致的以慢性头痛为主要症状表现的临床综合征,药物治疗效果不佳,中医手法则具有较好的临床疗效。文章运用文献综述的方法,对近年来中医手法医学在颈源性头痛治疗中的临床应用近况进行了回顾,以期更好地指导中医手法对颈源性头痛治疗,从而进一步提高临床疗效。Cerviclgenic headache is a clinical syndrome with chronic headache as the main symptom caused by cervical lesions.The effect of drug treatment is poor,while the traditional Chinese medicine manipulation has good clinical effect.This article reviewed the recent clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervicogenic headache in recent years by means of literature review,in order to better guide the treatment of cervicogenic headache by traditional Chinese medicine and further improve its clinical efficacy.
