摘 要:随着社会的进步,饮食文化日益丰富,人们多嗜食膏粱厚味,又静多动少,故在临床诊治中多见中焦湿热证。汪龙德主任医师在薛生白《湿热论》学术思想指导下,并结合中焦湿热致病特点,提出“祛湿为主,清热为辅”的治疗大法,疗效显著。笔者有幸侍诊左右,拾珍捡贝,获益良多,现将汪龙德主任医师辨治中焦湿热临证法要总结如下。With the progress of society,the food culture is increasingly rich,people are more inclined to eat a thick taste of Liang Liang,and more static and less dynamic,so in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the middle coke damp-heat syndrome.Under the guidance of Xue Shengbai’s academic thought on Damp and Heat,and combining the pathogenic characteristics of damp and heat in middle coke,Wang Longde,the chief physician,put forward the treatment method of"removing dampness mainly,clearing heat as a supplement",with remarkable curative effect.The author had the honor to serve as a doctor around,picking up treasures and scour,and benefited a lot.Now the chief physician Wang Longde’s clinical method of distinguishing and treating middle coke damp heat is summarized as follows.
