摘　　要：通过艾灸、热证以及新冠肺炎之间关系的梳理,对灸法干预新冠肺炎的临床研究文献及其主要作用机制进行总结,分析目前临床中应用灸法的侧重方面和优势疗效,体会到其以抗炎及免疫作用为主,并探讨目前研究中可能存在的问题和不足,为艾灸治疗各类炎性反应,尤其是呼吸系统炎性反应提供新思路,也为“热证可灸”理论的临床应用提供更好的理论支撑。By combing the relationship among moxibustion,heat syndrome and COVID-19,this paper summarized the clinical research literature of moxibustion intervention on COVID-19 and its main mechanism,and analyzed the emphasis and superior curative effect of moxibustion in clinic.It is realized that its anti-inflammatory and immune effects are the main effects,and the possible problems and deficiencies in the current research are discussed,so as to provide new ideas for moxibustion in the treatment of all kinds of inflammation,especially respiratory system inflammation.It also provides better theoretical support for the clinical application of the theory that"heat syndrome can be treated by moxibustion".
