电灼联合斑蝥素治疗对尖锐湿疣患者疗效分析及皮损HPV6/11型DNA载量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察电灼联合斑蝥素疗法对尖锐湿疣(CA)患者疗效及分析皮损HPV6/11 DNA载量的变化。方法纳入广州医科大学附属第四医院皮肤科门诊60例CA患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组电灼治疗,观察组电灼祛除疣体后,联合斑蝥素乳膏治疗。检测治疗前及治疗后第2、8周的HPV6/11型DNA载量并比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后第8周的观察组的HPV6/11型DNA载量较对照组的低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗总有效率上,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的复发率低于照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电灼联合斑蝥素可有效降低CA患者HPV6/11 DNA载量,治疗效果优于单独电灼疗法,复发更少。Objective To observe the effect of electrocautery therapy combined with cantharidin on patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA)and analyze the changes of HPV6/11 DNA load in skin lesions.Methods Sixty CA patients from dermatology clinic of The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electrocautery and the observation group was treated with electrocautery therapy combined with cantharidin.The HPV6/11 DNA load was detected before treatment and at the second and eighth week after treatment and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups was compared.Results The HPV6/11 DNA load of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at the 8 th week after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrocautery therapy combined with cantharidin can effectively reduce the HPV6/11 DNA load of CA patients and the therapeutic effect is better than electrocautery therapy,with fewer recurrences.
