摘　　要：目的观察手指点穴配合耳穴压豆预防荧光素钠眼底血管造影(FFA)检查胃肠反应的效果。方法选择2020年1月—6月在医院接受FFA检查的患者88例,按入组先后将入组患者分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用常规FFA检查,在患者散瞳同时进行手指点穴联合耳穴压豆干预。观察比较两组患者FFA检查过程中胃肠道反应发生率及胃肠道反应发生持续时间。结果观察组胃肠道发生总发生率为6.8%,明显低于对照组的27.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.510,P<0.05);观察组恶心及呕吐发生持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学也意义(P<0.01)。结论手指点穴配合耳穴压豆能够预防眼科FFA检查引起的胃肠道反应,操作简单,有助于帮助患者顺利完成检查,应用价值较高。Objective To observe the effect of finger point pointing combined with ear point pressing bean on preventing gastrointestinal reaction by fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA).Methods 88 patients who underwent FFA in our hospital from January to June 2020 were divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine FFA examination,and the patients with mydriasis were intervened by finger acupoint and ear acupoint pressing bean at the same time.The incidence and duration of gastrointestinal reactions during FFA were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of gastrointestinal tract in the observation group was 6.8%,which was significantly lower than 27.3%in the control group(χ^(2)=6.510,P<0.05).The duration of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Finger acupoints combined with ear acupoint pressing beans can prevent gastrointestinal reactions caused by ophthalmic FFA examination.The operation is simple and helpful to help patients complete the examination smoothly.It has high application value.
