摘　　要：中药离子导入疗法作为治疗肾脏疾病的中医外治法之一,在临床上应用较为广泛,经临床实践证明具有较好疗效。《理瀹骈文》言:“外治之理即内治之理,外治之药即内治之药,所异者,法耳。”中药离子导入疗法古有众多医家文献为理论依据,今有现代科学技术为支撑,古为今用,继承中创新,将中医辨证论治、经络穴位与外治法巧妙结合,开拓了肾病患者的多种给药途径,凭借该治疗方法的各种优势,未来将在肾病领域中有更大的发展空间。As one of the external treatment methods for kidney diseases,Chinese medicine ion transfer therapy has been widely used in clinic and proved to be effective in clinical practice.In Li Yue Parallel Prose,it said,"The reason of external governance is the reason of internal governance;the medicine of external governance is the medicine of internal governance.Ancient Chinese medicine iontophoresis therapy that has many physicians literature as the theoretical basis,this is the modern science and technology as the support,make,inheritance of innovation,the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,meridian acupoints,smartly combined with external treatment,the development of kidney disease in patients with a variety of method,relying on the treatment of a variety of advantages,the future will have a bigger development space in the field of kidney disease.
