中医特色护理改善血液透析患皮肤瘙痒的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析血液透析患者出现皮肤瘙痒不良反应后,运用中医特色护理方式的临床改善效果。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月医院的100例血液透析患皮肤瘙痒患者,按照随机分配的方式分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者使用常规护理方式,观察组患者使用常规护理+中医特色护理方式。对比两组患者护理后的症状改善情况,包括显效、无效、有效,总有效包括显效与有效;对比两组患者对护理工作的满意程度情况,包括非常满意、一般满意、不满意,总满意包括十分满意与一般满意;对比两组患者护理后的生活质量情况,包括心理功能评分、社会功能评分、生理功能评分、物质生活评分等。结果观察组护理后的皮肤瘙痒改善症状明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者整体对护理工作满意程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后整体的生活质量水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析患者的治疗过程中,对出现皮肤瘙痒不良反应的患者使用中医特色护理方式,可以在很大程度上改善患者的皮肤瘙痒症状,提升患者对整体护理工作的满意程度,同时还能有效提高患者的生活质量水平,为患者提供更好的医疗服务,帮助患者早日恢复健康,十分有利于医院的长远发展。Objective To study and analyze the clinical improvement effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing method after adverse reactions of skin pruritus in hemodialysis patients.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,100 hemodialysis patients with pruritus in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with routine nursing+traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing.The satisfaction of the two groups with nursing work was compared,including very satisfied rate,general satisfied rate,dissatisfied rate and total satisfied rate included very satisfied rate and general satisfied rate was compared.The quality of life of the two groups after nursing,including psychological function score,social function score,physiological function score and material life score were compared.Results The improvement of pruritus symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of hemodialysis,traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing methods can greatly relieve the skin itching symptoms,improve the satisfaction with the overall nursing work,effectively improve the quality of life,provide better medical services and help patients recover well,which is very conducive to the long-term development of the hospital.
