4种不同配比过氧化氢银离子复方消毒剂的杀菌效果比较

摘　　要：目的研究一种过氧化氢银离子复方消毒剂中2种主要杀菌成分配比对杀菌效果的影响,以筛选出杀菌效果理想的产品配方。方法采用载体浸泡定量杀灭试验方法,对4种不同配比的过氧化氢银离子复方消毒剂的杀菌效果进行实验研究。结果4种不同配比的复方消毒剂中,1^(#)样品(32.65%过氧化氢+395 mg/L银离子)优于3^(#)(32.30%+456 mg/L)、4^(#)样品(33.13%+462 mg/L),3^(#)、4^(#)样品的杀菌性能相当,优于2^(#)样品(32.61%+285 mg/L)。其中,1^(#)样品的10%稀释液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用2.5 min、20%的稀释液对白色念珠菌作用5 min的杀灭对数值均≥3.00,达到消毒合格要求;在相同稀释条件下,另3个样品对金黄色葡萄球菌消毒时间需延长作用至5 min杀灭对数值≥3.00,以白色念珠菌为试验菌,3^(#)、4^(#)样品需作用7.5 min杀灭对数值≥3.00,而2^(#)样品在试验时间内达不到消毒合格要求。结论筛选出的过氧化氢银离子复方消毒剂中,1^(#)样品杀菌效果最好、配方最佳,其原液过氧化氢含量为32.65%、银离子含量395 mg/L。Objective To study the effect of the proportion of two main bactericidal components in a hydrogen peroxide silver ion compound disinfectant on germicidal efficacy so as to pick out the product formula with the best germicidal efficacy.Methods Carrier immersion quantitative germicidal test and content determination were used to study germicidal efficacy of four kinds of compound disinfectants with different proportions.Results Comparison of these four compound disinfectants with different proportions,the germicidal efficacy of 1#(32.65%+395 mg/L)sample was better than 3#(32.30%+456 mg/L),4#(33.13%+462 mg/L)sample,3#,4#sample had similar germicidal efficacy,and 3#,4#sample were better than 2#(32.61%+285 mg/L)sample.Among them,the 10%dilution of 1#hydrogen peroxide silver ion compound disinfectant acted on Staphylococcus aureus for 2.5 minutes and the 20%dilution of 1#acted on Candida albicans for 5 minutes,the average killing log values were greater than or equal to 3.00,which met the disinfection requirements.Under the same dilution conditions,the disinfection time of the other three samples to Staphylococcus aureus needed to be extended to 5 minutes,and the average killing log values were greater than or equal to 3.00.With Candida albicans as the test bacteria,3#and 4#samples needed to be treated for 7.5 minutes,and average killing log values were greater than or equal to 3.00,while 2#samples could not meet the disinfection requirements within the test time.Conclusion Among these four samples selected,the 1#sample of hydrogen peroxide silver ion compound disinfectant has the best germicidal efficacy and formula,that content of hydrogen peroxide in the original solution has 32.65%and the content of silver ion is 395 mg/L.
