摘 要:目的 研究纳米氧化锌对重症监护病房(ICU)环境物品表面自然菌的抗菌效果。方法 以医用凡士林和5 nm氧化锌制备0.1%纳米氧化锌混合物,透射电镜检测颗粒大小。选择ICU内频繁接触的表面相邻4片等面积区域为测试区,设定空白对照组、75%乙醇组、1 000 mg/L含氯消毒剂组、纳米氧化锌组,每组15个测试点,分别使用相应消毒剂擦拭,于0、1、4、8、24和48 h时涂抹采样,ATP生物荧光法检测物体表面菌落数,计算对自然菌抑菌率。结果 透射电镜显示该纳米氧化锌制剂颗粒大小均匀,稳定性良好。纳米氧化锌组抑菌率在各时间段均高于其他组(P<0.001)。擦拭后1 h, 3种消毒剂组均可达到抑菌要求,纳米氧化锌、75%乙醇和1 000 mg/L含氯消毒剂对自然菌抑菌率依次为96.03%、94.21%和87.62%;擦拭后4、8、24和48 h,纳米氧化锌组抑菌率及消毒合格率均高于乙醇组及含氯消毒剂组(P<0.05)。结论 纳米氧化锌制剂稳定性及抗菌性能良好,可保持一定时间的抗菌效果。Objective To study the antibacterial effect of nano-zinc oxide on natural bacteria on the surface of environmental articles in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods The mixture of 0.1% nano-zinc oxide was prepared by medical vaseline and 5 nano-zinc oxide, and the particle size was detected by transmission electron microscope.Four equal areas adjacent to frequently contacted surfaces in ICU were selected as the test area, and 15 test points were set in blank control group, 75% ethanol group, 1 000 mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant group, and nano-zinc oxide group.The corresponding disinfectant was used to wipe the test points, and the samples were smeared at 0,1,4,8,24,and 48 hours, respectively.The number of colonies on the surface of the articles was detected by ATP bioluminescence method, and to calculate the bacteriostatic rate against natural bacteria.Results Transmission electron microscopy showed that the nano-zno oxide mixture particles prepared in this study had uniform size and good stability.The antibacterial rate of nano-zno oxide group was higher than that of other groups at all time periods(P<0.001).One hour after wiping, the three disinfectant groups could meet the disinfection requirements.The antibacterial rates of nano-zinc oxide, 75% ethanol and 1 000 mg/L chlorine containing antibacterial against natural bacteria were 96.03%,94.21% and 87.62%,respectively.At 4,8,24 and 48 hours after wiping, the antibacterial rate and disinfection qualification rate of nano-zinc oxide group was higher than that of ethanol group and chlorine containing disinfectant group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed preparation of nano-zinc oxide has good stability and antibacterial performance, and can maintain the antibacterial effect for a certain time.
