摘 要:目的 了解天津市新冠肺炎疫情期间物体表面的消毒效果。方法 2021年12月—2022年4月,采用现场采样、现场消毒试验和模拟现场消毒试验的方法对天津市医疗机构、集中隔离医学观察点、农贸市场、机场、港口码头、冷库、医疗废物处置中心等重点场所采集的1 410份样本开展36次消毒效果评价。结果 消毒效果评价总体合格率为94.44%(34/36)。对物体表面上的自然菌杀灭对数值均>1.00,98.91%的样本对物体表面上的指示微生物杀灭对数值>3.00。不同场景下的物体表面指示微生物杀灭对数值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新冠肺炎疫情期间,天津市部分重点场所消毒效果较好。Objective To investigate the disinfection effect of objects surface during the COVID-19 epidemic in Tianjin.Methods From December of 2021 to April of 2022,the on-site sampling, the simulated field test and the field test methods were used to evaluate the disinfection effect of 1 410 samples from 36 places such as hospitals, centralized isolation points, agricultural trade markets, airport, Tianjin Port Container, cold storage and medical waste disposal center in Tianjin.Results The total qualified rate of evaluation of disinfection effect was 94.44%(34/36).The killing logarithm value of natural bacteria were all>1.00.The killing logarithm value of 98.91% of the samples of artificially contaminating bacterial carriers on the site were>3.00 after disinfection.The statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences among the scenarios on disinfection effects(P<0.05).Conclusion The disinfection quality is good in part of scenarios of Tianjin during the COVID-19 epidemic.
