摘　　要：目的 了解某医院再处理后的内镜钳子管道内部状况,以促进内镜再处理效果。方法 通过横断面调查方法,对某医院内镜中心213条经严格再处理后的内镜钳子管道内部刮痕、刮丝、变色斑块、透明水珠、乳白水珠、附着物、锈迹、黑点等情况进行调查。结果 内镜钳子管道内部发现刮痕、刮丝和黄黑色斑的分别占91.5%、46.0%和49.3%;可见白色颗粒和磨损分别占46.9%和41.3%;还发现透明水珠、乳白色水珠、白色附着物和锈迹等。结论 一半以上医院使用中的内镜钳子管道内部发现异常情况,应加强内镜清洗消毒质量监测和监管。Objective To investigate the internal abnormalities of the endoscopic forceps in an endoscopic center of a hospital, so as to improve the reprocess effect.Methods Cross-sectional survey was conducted to survey the internal conditions of 213 endoscopic forceps after strict reprocessing in an endoscopic center of a hospital.Results The rates of scratches, scraping and black or yellow discolored patches on endoscopic forceps were 91.5%,46.0% and 49.3% respectively.The rates of white particles and wear were 46.9% and 41.3% respectively.And transparent water drop, milky water drop, white attachments and rust were found on endoscopic forceps.Conclusion There are over half abnormal cases in the endoscopic forceps pipeline, and the cleaning and disinfection quality of the endoscopic forceps pipeline should be further strengthened.
