摘　　要：目的 观察全要素质量控制措施对软式内镜清洗消毒流程应用效果,强化环节质量控制,提高内镜清洗消毒质量。方法 采用品管圈MDT协作模式,实施分区专项管理,通过改善清洗消毒设备设施,强化环节质量控制,推行预约预警机制,对干预前后床旁预处理操作执行率、测漏操作执行率、手工清洗消毒执行率、内镜清洁检测合格率、内镜可视化检测合格率、内镜消毒合格率进行对比研究。结果 床旁预处理操作执行率、测漏操作执行率、手工清洗消毒执行率分别为98.18%、91.52%和98.48%;胃镜和肠镜清洗检测合格率分别由干预前的86.82%、84.15%提高到干预后的99.90%、97.06%。结论 通过全要素质量控制措施,全面提升了软式内镜清洗消毒质量。Objective To observe the effect of all-element quality control to the soft endoscope cleaning and disinfection, and improve the cleaning and disinfection quality of endoscope.Methods Quality control circle and MDT cooperation mode were adopted to implement regional special management, strengthen quality control and implement early warning mechanism by improving cleaning and disinfection equipment and facilities.The execution rate of bedside pretreatment, leak detection, manual cleaning and disinfection, qualified rate of endoscopic cleaning detection, qualified rate of endoscopic visual detection and qualified rate of endoscopic disinfection were compared before and after the intervention.Results The implementation rate of bedside pretreatment, leakage detection, manual cleaning and disinfection were 98.18%,91.52%,98.48% respectively.And the qualified rate of endoscopic cleaning and monitoring, and qualified rate of endoscopic visual detection increased from 86.82%,84.15% before intervention to 99.90%,97.06% after intervention, respectively.Conclusion Through the implementation of MDT management mode in the quality control circle project, we have improved the quality of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection through total factor quality control.
