摘  要:目的运动是防治高血压病的重要手段,但运动不当可能损害抗荷耐力,探索既防治高血压病又能保护抗荷耐力的运动处方尤为重要。方法遴选121名在某中心医学鉴定的歼击机飞行员,通过问卷调查和实地验证了解其运动习惯,非同日三次测量其血压,用抗荷抗缺氧检测仪检测其抗荷耐力,回顾性分析不同类型、强度、频率、时间的运动对舒张压、收缩压、抗荷耐力的影响。结果与低强度、低频率和短时间有氧运动组相比,高强度、高频率和较长时间有氧运动组血压下降最明显(P<0.05),而同时各组抗荷耐力也提高明显(P<0.05)。不同强度和不同频率无氧运动组血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与短时间无氧运动组相比,较长时间和长时间无氧运动组血压均明显下降(P<0.05),但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。无氧运动呈强度依赖性提高抗荷能力(P<0.05)。与低频率、短时间无氧运动组相比,中频率和高频率无氧运动组,以及较长时间和长时间无氧运动组抗荷耐力均明显增加(P<0.05),但中、高频率无氧运动组间,以及较长、长时间无氧运动组抗荷耐力均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高强度、高频率和较长时间的有氧运动联合高强度、中频率和较长时间无氧运动可能是歼击机飞行员防治高血压病并保护抗荷耐力的最佳运动处方。Objective Exercise is an important means to prevent and treat hypertension,but improper exercise may damage the+Gz tolerance.It is particularly important to explore exercise prescriptions that can both prevent and treat hypertension and protect the+Gz tolerance.Methods 121 fighter pilots identified in a medical center were selected.Their exercise habits were learned through questionnaire survey and field verification.Their blood pressure was measured three times on different days.Their anti G and anti hypoxia resistance were tested with anti G and anti hypoxia detectors.The effects of different types,intensity,frequency and time of exercise on diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and anti G tolerance were analyzed retrospectively.Results Compared with the low intensity,low frequency and short duration aerobic exercise groups,the high intensity,high frequency and moderate long duration aerobic exercise groups had the most significant decrease in blood pressure(P<0.05),while the anti G tolerance of each group also increased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure between anaerobic exercise groups with different intensity and frequency(P>0.05).Compared with the short-term anaerobic exercise group,the blood pressure in the moderate long-term and long-term anaerobic exercise groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Anaerobic exercise increased the anti G ability in an intensity dependent manner(P<0.05).Compared with the low frequency and short time anaerobic exercise groups,the medium frequency and high frequency anaerobic exercise groups,as well as the moderate long time and long time anaerobic exercise groups had significantly increased their anti G endurance(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the medium frequency and high frequency anaerobic exercise groups,and between the moderate long time and long time anaerobic exercise groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High intensity,high frequency
