摘 要:目的研究针对横纹肌肉瘤(RMS)放射治疗患儿实施游戏结合分享阅读干预的效果。方法选取郑州市第三人民医院肿瘤放疗科2018年10月至2020年10月91例RMS放射治疗患儿,按照抽签的方式将患儿分为两组,对照组45例给予临床路径干预,观察组46例在此基础上运用游戏结合分享阅读干预,对比两组患儿干预前后心理应对能力、社交焦虑、行为问题。结果干预后,观察组幻想、自我安慰得分分别为(4.62±0.89)分、(4.11±0.87)分,高于对照组(3.34±0.93)分、(3.87±0.94)分,逃避得分为(2.03±0.25)分,低于对照组(2.93±0.31)分(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组害怕否定评价、社交回避及苦恼、品行问题、心身问题、多动指数、学习问题、焦虑等因子评分分别为(2.13±0.19)分、(3.49±2.03)分、(0.62±0.18)分、(3.27±2.07)分、(0.76±0.26)分、(0.85±0.37)分、(1.88±1.28)分,低于对照组(2.93±0.26)分、(4.63±2.01)分、(1.64±0.28)分、(4.37±1.05)分、(1.68±0.34)分、(1.69±0.35)分、(3.27±1.64)分(P<0.05)。结论游戏结合分享阅读干预能够降低RMS患儿社交焦虑,改善其行为问题,提高心理应对能力。Objective To study the effect of games combined with shared reading intervention on children with rhabdomyosarcoma(RMS)radiotherapy.Methods A total of 91 children receiving RMS radiotherapy from the Department of Tumor Radiotherapy of the Third People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the lottery.The control group received clinical pathway intervention in 45 cases,and the observation group received games combined with shared reading intervention in 46 cases.The psychological coping ability,social anxiety and behavioral problems of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of fantasy and self-consolation in the observation group were(4.62±0.89)and(4.11±0.87),respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(3.34±0.93)and(3.87±0.94),and the escape score was(2.03±0.25).It was lower than the control group(2.93±0.31)points(P<0.05).After the intervention,in the observation group,the scores of fear negative evaluation,social avoidance and distress,conduct problems,psychosomatic problems,hyperactivity index,learning problems and anxiety were(2.13±0.19)points,(3.49±2.03)points,(0.62±0.18)points,(3.27±2.07)points,(0.76±0.26)points and(0.85±0.37)points,(1.88±1.28)points respectively,lower than the control group(2.93±0.26)points,(4.63±2.01)points,(1.64±0.28)points,(4.37±1.05)points,(1.68±0.34)points,(1.69±0.35)points,(3.27±1.64)point(P<0.05).Conclusion Games combined with shared reading intervention can reduce social anxiety,improve behavioral problems and enhance psychological coping ability in children with RMS.
