减少乳品喂养在婴幼儿病毒性肠炎治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究在治疗婴幼儿病毒性肠炎过程中减少乳品喂养对改善腹泻的影响。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年2月在江苏省泗洪中信医院接受治疗的92例婴幼儿病毒性肠炎患者,以随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=46)、观察组(n=46)。两组患儿均采取常规治疗手段。在此基础上,对照组采取母乳或其他乳品喂养,观察组按照患儿月龄减少或停止乳品喂养。对比分析两组病毒性肠炎患儿的症状转归时间、住院时间、不良反应发生次数及临床疗效。结果:观察组患儿的腹泻、发热、脱水、电解质紊乱转归时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,其恶心、呕吐、腹泻、大便潜血每日发生次数均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);其临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在婴幼儿病毒性肠炎治疗中,减少或停止乳品喂养能够减少腹泻发生次数,提升治疗效果,缓解不良反应,具有一定的应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of reducing dairy feeding on improving diarrhea in the treatment of infant viral enteritis.Methods:A total of 92 cases of infantile viral enteritis patients treated in Sihong Zhongxin Hospital of Jiangsu Province from July 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46)by random number table method.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group took breast milk or other dairy feeding,observation group according to the age of children reduce or stop dairy feeding.The symptom recovery time,hospital stay,frequency of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of the two groups of children with viral enteritis were compared.Results:The outcome time and hospital stay of diarrhea,fever,dehydration and electrolyte disorder in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the daily occurrence times of nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and fecal occult blood were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of infant viral enteritis,reducing or stopping dairy feeding can reduce the frequency of diarrhea,improve the therapeutic effect and alleviate adverse reactions,which has certain application value.
