摘　　要：目的:研究依沙吖啶联合米非司酮在瘢痕子宫孕中期引产中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年4月至2022年3月肇庆市第二人民医院收治的40例瘢痕子宫孕中期引产患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各20例。对照组经羊膜腔注入依沙吖啶,试验组在对照组基础上联合应用米非司酮。观察两组的引产成功情况、引产相关指标、不良事件发生情况。结果:试验组与对照组用药48 h后的引产成功率、引产失败率相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验组的用药至宫缩发作时间、用药至排胎时间相比对照组显著更短,产后出血量相比对照组显著更少(P<0.05)。试验组不良事件的发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:采用依沙吖啶与米非司酮联合对瘢痕子宫孕中期患者进行引产,可有效加快其宫缩发作速度,缩短引产时间,同时还能减少其产后出血量,并降低不良事件发生风险,有助于进一步提高引产的安全性。Objective:To study the application value of esacridine combined with mifepristone in inducing labor in scar uterus during second trimester.Methods:A total of 40 patients with c icatricial uterus induced labor in the Second People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing City from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was injected with esacridine through amniotic cavity,and the experimental group was combined with mifepristone on the basis of the control group.The success of labor induction,indexes related to labor induction and the occurrence of adverse events in the two groups were observed.Results:There were no significant differences in the success rate and failure rate of labor induction between experimental group and control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the time from medication to contraction onset and the time from medication to fetal discharge in experimental group were significantly shorter,and the postpartum blood loss was significantly less(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of esacridine and mifepristone for labor induction in patients with scar uterus in the second trimester can effectively accelerate the rate of contractions,shorten the time of labor induction,reduce postpartum blood loss,and reduce the risk of adverse events,which is helpful to further improve the safety of labor induction.
