摘　　要：提升工业企业能源效率有助于我国碳达峰碳中和目标的实现。利用中国工业企业数据和工业企业污染排放数据匹配后的中国企业污染数据,从微观层面研究互联网对企业能源效率的影响机制及其效应。研究结果显示:互联网对企业能源效率存在显著促进作用。机制研究表明:互联网主要通过优化要素配置、促进技术创新和加强环境规制三种途径提升企业能源效率。异质性分析发现:互联网对低能耗行业、非国有、小微型及中东部地区企业能源效率提升作用更显著。为此,我国应适度超前部署互联网等新型基础设施,推动“5G+工业互联网”与高能耗行业深度融合,发挥互联网对技术创新的积极作用并着力缩小地区之间的“数字鸿沟”。Improving the energy efficiency of industrial enterprises will help to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in China.Using the Chinese enterprise pollution data matched with the Chinese industrial enterprise data and the industrial enterprise pollution emission data,this paper studies the influence mechanism and effect of the Internet on enterprise energy efficiency from the micro level.The research results show that the Internet has a significant effect on the energy efficiency of enterprises.Mechanism research shows that the Internet mainly improves the energy efficiency of enterprises by optimizing the allocation of factors,promoting technological innovation and strengthening environmental regulation.Heterogeneity analysis finds that the Internet plays a more significant role in improving energy efficiency in low-energy consumption industries,non-state-owned enterprises,small and micro enterprises,and enterprises in the central and eastern regions.Therefore,the government should appropriately advance the deployment of the Internet and other new infrastructure,promote the deep integration of"5G+industrial Internet"and high-energy consumption industries,give full play to the positive role of the Internet in technological innovation,and strive to narrow the"digital gap"between different regions.
