摘  要:针对高含砂井金属柱塞抽油泵存在的磨损问题,设计了一种密封材料为聚醚醚酮的软柱塞抽油泵。利用ANSYS软件对软柱塞抽油泵的关键部件密封胶筒进行了数值模拟,分析在不同压差下的胶筒接触应力和密封性能,研究了不同结构参数对接触应力的影响。结果表明:设计的软柱塞抽油泵具有良好的密封性能;胶筒长度主要影响接触密封段长度,胶筒厚度主要影响胶筒肩部应力,胶筒肩部夹角对密封段长度有一定影响。Aiming at the wear problem of metal plunger pump in high sand well,this paper designs a soft plunger pump with PEEK sealing material.ANSYS software is used to simulate the key components of soft plunger pump,the contact stress and sealing performance of rubber cylinder under different pressure differences are analyzed,and the influence of different structural parameters on the contact stress is studied.The results show that the designed soft plunger pump has good sealing performance.The length of the rubber barrel mainly affects the length of the contact sealing section,the thickness of the tight barrel mainly affects the stress change of the shoulder of the rubber barrel,and the angle between the shoulder of the rubber barrel has a certain influence on the length of the sealing section.
