摘  要:滚转机动载荷是进行飞机结构强度设计的基础,随着飞机的操纵系统从机械或助力操纵系统转变为电传操纵系统,传统的单自由度滚转机动载荷仿真分析方法已不再适用,需进行考虑控制律的滚转机动载荷仿真。基于此提出了一种以CS-25部25.349为设计依据,以Dll动态链接库作为接口连接控制律,基于XML建立飞行动力学模型进行机动仿真分析的方法,并与传统的分析方法进行了对比。以某民机为例,通过滚转机动载荷试飞实测对比,证明了考虑控制律滚转机动载荷仿真方法的合理性和准确性,可完成适航验证。The load of rolling maneuver is the basis of aircraft structural strength design.With the transformation of aircraft control system from mechanical or power assisted control system to fly by wire control system,the traditional single degree of freedom roll maneuver load simulation analysis method is no longer applicable,and roll maneuver load simulation considering control law is required.A method of establishing flight dynamics model based on XML for maneuver simulation analysis is proposed,which uses 25.349 of Part CS-25 as the design basis,Dll dynamic link library as the interface connection control law,and compares with the traditional analysis method.Taking a civil aircraft as an example,the rationality and accuracy of the roll maneuver load simulation method considering the control law are proved by comparing the flight test results of the roll maneuver load,and the airworthiness verification can be completed.
