摘 要:在293.15~323.15 K温区范围内,分别通过称重法和Polythermal法对五溴甲苯在氯仿中的溶解度与结晶亚稳区宽度进行了测量与分析,利用多项式、Apelblat方程与λ-h方程等拟合方法对溶解度数据进行了关联,以溶液降温法对五溴甲苯在氯仿中的晶体生长进行了探索.结果表明:1)五溴甲苯在氯仿中溶解度的温度系数为正,3种溶解度拟合模型均获得了较好的关联结果,关联系数在0.94左右;2)在313.15 K以上的温区中,该样品溶解度温度系数较大,亚稳区宽度也较宽,易于溶液降温法生长单晶;3)生长出了长1.2 cm、宽0.2 cm的晶体,金相显微镜的结果显示该晶体表面无晶界出现.In a temperature range from 293.15 K to 323.15 K,the solubility and metastable zone of Pentabromotoluene in chloroform were measured and analyzed with the mass method and Polythermalin method,respectively.The solubility data were correlated through polynomial fitting method,Apelblat equation andλ-H equation.The Pentabromotoluene crystals were successfully grown by the solution cooling method.The results show that:1)The solubility of Pentabromotoluene in chloroform has positive temperature coefficient,all the three solubility models show relatively good correlation coefficient,correlation coefficient was about 0.94.2)There are a larger positive temperature coefficient and a wider metastable zone width above 313.15 K,which is suitable for the growth of single crystals by the solution cooling method.3)The Pentabromotoluene crystals with a length of 1.2 cm and a width of 0.2 cm was grown,the results of metallographic microscope showed that there was no grain boundary on the surface of the crystal.
