小柴胡汤联合痰热清治疗肺心病疗效及对患者炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨小柴胡汤联合痰热清注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(CCP)预后及对患者炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取100例CCP患者为研究对象,抽签分为观察组(n=50)、对照组(n=50)。对照组给予痰热清注射液,观察组在对照组基础上加用小柴胡汤,比较两组临床疗效及预后情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后观察组各项积分均低于对照组。观察组治疗后血氧分压、肺泡气氧分压均高于对照组,二氧化碳分压、肺动脉压力均低于对照组。治疗后观察组内皮素-1、白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组再入院率、病死率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤联合痰热清注射液治疗CCP效果较好,且能有效抑制炎症反应。Objective:To study effect of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Tanreqing injection on the prognosis and inflammatory factor levels of chronic pulmonary heart disease(CCP).Methods:100 CCP patients diagnosed CCP were selected and divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by drawing lots.The control group were given Tanreqing injection,and the observation group treated with Xiaochaihu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the scores of the observation group were lower than that in the control group.The blood oxygen partial pressure and alveolar oxygen partial pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of carbon dioxide partial pressure and pulmonary artery pressure were lower than those in the control group.After treatment,the levels of Endothelin-1,Interleukin-8,TNF-αand AngiotensinⅡin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The readmission rate and mortality rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Tanreqing injection has better effect on CCP,and can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction.
