清热平喘汤治疗儿童病毒性肺炎疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清热平喘汤治疗儿童病毒性肺炎的疗效及对患儿免疫功能、炎症因子的影响。方法:将60例儿童病毒性肺炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用清热平喘汤治疗。比较两组治疗1周后临床总有效率、中医证候积分、免疫功能指标、炎症因子水平。结果:观察组临床总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,观察组在发热、咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音等方面的中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)均低于对照组,观察组血清炎症因子白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:清热平喘汤能提高儿童病毒性肺炎治疗效果,改善临床症状、免疫功能,降低血清IL-12、MPO水平,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To investigate curative effect of Qingre Pingchuan decoction on viral pneumonia in children,and impact on immune function and inflammatory factors.Methods:60 children with viral pneumonia were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group treated with Qingre Pingchuan decoction on the basis of the control group.After one week,the total treatment response rate,TCM syndrome scores,immune function indicators and levels of inflammatory factors treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total treatment response rate in the observation group 93.33%was significantly higher than that in the control group 70.00%,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After one week of treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the observation group in terms of fever,cough,wheezing,and lung rales were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA)immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of serum interleukin-12(IL-12),myeloperoxidase(MPO)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Pingchuan decoction can significantly improve the curative effect on viral pneumonia in children.It can improve clinical symptoms and immune function,reduce serum IL-12 and MPO levels,and relieve inflammatory response.
