摘  要:变压器铁芯振动主要来源于铁芯叠片间漏磁场所产生的电磁力和硅钢材料的磁致伸缩效应。为此,从材料制备、特性测试、仿真计算与振动实验验证的角度,研究了利用磁流变智能材料实现变压器本体降噪的可行性。制备并对比测试了磁流变液、磁流变胶和磁流变塑性体等3种磁流变材料常态下的物理性状及外加磁场下的磁特性,讨论分析了不同磁性颗粒质量占比与粒径大小对磁流变胶磁特性的影响。在此基础上,仿真计算了铁芯接缝区域填充磁流变材料前后叠片间漏磁场分布的变化情况。制作了一台单相变压器铁芯实验验证模型,进行了电磁−力场联合仿真及振动加速度实验测试。研究表明,磁流变材料具有导磁特性,可以改善漏磁分布,进而减小漏磁引起的叠片间的电磁振动;同时,磁流变材料的阻尼性能也可以减弱接缝区域铁芯硅钢磁致伸缩引起的振动。研究成果可为降低变压器本体振动噪声提供新的思路。The vibration of a transformer core mainly comes from the electromagnetic force generated by the leakage magnetic field between the core laminations and the magnetostrictive effect of silicon steel materials.From the viewpoint of material preparation,characteristic testing,simulation calculation and vibration experiment,we investigated the feasibility of using magnetorheological smart materials to reduce the noise of the transformer body.Meanwhile,we prepared and tested the physical properties under normal state and magnetic properties under the external magnetic field for three kinds of magnetorheological materials,including magnetorheological fluid,magnetorheological gel,and magnetorheological plastomer.Moreover,we discussed and analyzed the influences of the weight ratio and the particle size of magnetic particles on the magnetic properties of magnetorheological glue materials.On this basis,the change of the magnetic leakage field distribution between the sheets before and after filling the magnetorheological material into the gap region of the laminated core was studied.A single-phase transformer core experimental test model was fabricated,and the joint electromagnetic field and force field simulation and vibration acceleration test were carried out.The research results show that,owing to its magnetic permeability,the magnetorheological material can improve the leakage flux distribution and reduce the electromagnetic vibration among the laminated core caused by the flux leakage.Also,the magnetorheological material can effectively improve the vibration caused by magnetostriction of silicon steel in the gap region due to its elastic properties.The research results achieved by this paper may provide a new thought for reducing the vibration and noise of the transformer body.
