摘 要:传统空间矢量脉冲宽度调制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)下的Vienna整流器输入电流存在有纹波、纹波分布不均匀等问题,且在过零点附近易产生迟滞、突变的现象,这些因素导致电流总谐波畸变率高,影响电网电能质量。针对上述问题,在分析Vienna整流器产生电流畸变及纹波机理的基础上,提出了一种变频混合式SVPWM调制策略。该策略设计了一种带有电流过零纹波环宽的扇区划分区域的方法,简化了矢量合成算法,优化了五段式、七段式混合调制,以避免电流过零畸变;同时还设计了一种根据参考电流变化率调整调制频率的方法,并匹配七段式冗余矢量作用时间,以减小并均匀化电流纹波。仿真与实验结果表明,该调制策略简单易行,无需额外计算量,具有电流纹波小、纹波分布均匀、功率因数高、比同等有效调制频率的定频混合调制谐波畸变率低的优点。实验结果证明了变频混合式SVPWM调制策略的可行性和有效性。Under the traditional space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)modulation,the input current of Vienna rectifier has ripple and uneven distribution of ripples,and the phenomena of hysteresis and mutation may occur near the zero-crossing point.These factors lead to high total harmonic distortion rate of current and affect the power quality of power grids.In view of the above problems,a variable frequency hybrid SVPWM modulation strategy is proposed based on the analysis of the current distortion and ripple mechanism of Vienna rectifier.In this strategy,a sector division method with current zero-crossing ripple loop width is designed,which simplifies the vector synthesis algorithm and optimizes the five segment modulation to avoid current zero-crossing distortion.At the same time,a method to adjust the modulation frequency according to the reference current change rate is designed,and the seven-segment redundant vector action time is matched to reduce and homogenize the current ripple.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed modulation strategy is simple and easy to implement,without additional calculation.It has the advantages of low current ripple,uniform ripple distribution,high power factor and lower harmonic distortion rate than constant frequency hybrid modulation with the same effective frequency.The experimental results verify that the proposed strategy is feasible and effective.
