摘 要:合理安排水火电机组检修是保证电力系统可靠运行的重要措施。发电权交易是发电资源再分配的有效方式。为此,考虑梯级水电复杂特性,重点关注机组检修与发电权交易之间的耦合关系,提出了全年时间尺度下面向省级电网的考虑发电权交易的水火电机组检修双层规划模型。针对该大规模混合整数双层非线性规划问题,提出基于价格离散化的线性化(Price Discretization Based Linearization,PDBL)方法实现上层问题目标函数的线性化,同时利用Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)条件代替下层问题,从而将原问题转化为可直接求解的混合整数单层线性规划问题。最后,基于某省级电网实际数据对所提模型和方法进行了全年时间尺度下的仿真,算例结果证明考虑发电权交易的机组检修优化可以进一步提高水火电机组的收益,同时促进清洁能源的消纳。The reasonable maintenance arrangement of hydrothermal units is an important measure to ensure power system’s reliable operation.The generation right transaction is an effective way to redistribute generation resources.In this paper,taking the complex characteristics of the cascade hydropower into account,and focusing on the coupling relationship between unit maintenance and generation right transaction,we built a bi-level programming model to optimize unit maintenance considering generation right transaction in annual time scale for provincial power grid.In accordance with this large-scale mixed-integer bi-level nonlinear programming problem,we put forward the price discretization based linearization(PDBL)method to linearize the objective function at the upper level problem and replace the lower-level problem by its Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)condition,so as to transform the original problem into a mixed-integer single-level linear programming problem that can be solved directly.Finally,based on an actual provincial power system,the proposed bi-level programming model is simulated for whole year.The results show that the unit maintenance optimization considering generation right transaction can further improve the income of hydrothermal units and promote the consumption of clean energy.
