摘 要:近年来,大气压冷等离子体技术在多个应用领域展现出令人瞩目的潜力。不同的应用领域对等离子体的理化特性有着不同要求,而要掌握这些理化特性必须依靠各种先进的检测方法。由此可见,深入了解相关检测方法对推动大气压冷等离子体技术的应用发展具有决定性作用。为此,本综述重点围绕大气压冷等离子体的放电形貌、电学特性、物理参数、活性粒子四个方面的理化特性,系统归纳了国内外文献报道的检测方法,详细介绍了检测方法的基本原理,分析了这些检测方法的技术特点和适用范围,并给出了当前的研究结果。本综述的目的是为大气压冷等离子体领域研究人员提供参考,以期共同提升科学认知水平并推动应用发展。In recent years,atmospheric pressure cold plasma technology has shown remarkable potentials in many applications.Different application fields have different requirements on the physicochemical characteristics of cold plasma,while mastering these physicochemical characteristics must rely on various advanced detection methods.Thus,the insight into correlation detection methods are decisive to promote the the application development of atmospheric pressure cold plasma technology.To this end,this review focuses on the physicochemical characteristics of atmospheric pressure cold plasma from four aspects:discharge morphology,electrical properties,physical parameters,and reactive species,systematically summarizes the detection methods from domestic and foreign literature reports,detailedly introduces the basic principle of the detection method,analyzes the technical characteristics and applicable scope of these detection methods,and presents current research results.The purpose of this review is to provide reference for the researchers in this field of atmospheric pressure cold plasma,in order to jointly enhance the level of scientific cognition and promote the development of applications.
