高质量发展背景下特色小镇巩固脱贫成果路径研究——以砀山县良梨镇为例

摘　　要：脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利后,精准扶贫工作进入了后精准扶贫时期,如何实现特色小镇巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,并向乡村振兴平稳过渡,是值得研究的重要理论问题和现实问题。特色小镇是实现乡村振兴的重要载体,砀山县酥梨小镇是安徽省创建的省级特色小镇,以其独特的自然资源和文化资源区别于其他特色小镇。在高质量发展背景下,分析砀山县酥梨小镇巩固脱贫成果的基础,根据小镇巩固脱贫成果的价值提出砀山县酥梨小镇巩固脱贫成果的创新路径。After the comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty,the targeted poverty alleviation work has entered the post-targeted poverty alleviation period.How to consolidate and expand the poverty alleviation achievements of characteristic towns and make a smooth transition to rural revitalization is an important theoretical and practical issue worth studying.Characteristic towns are an important carrier for realizing rural revitalization.Pear Town,Dangshan County,is a provincial characteristic town created by Anhui Province,distinguishing itself from o-ther characteristic towns due to its unique natural and cultural resources.Under the background of high-quality development,this paper analyzes the foundation of poverty alleviation consolidation and proposes innovative approaches to poverty alleviation consolidation in Dangshan County.
