摘　　要：乡村振兴是党和国家解决“三农”问题的核心战略,特色小镇建设是实施乡村振兴战略的重要探索和直观体现。安徽省作为传统农业大省,“三农”问题是实现现代化发展的主要阻力。通过对安徽省部分特色小镇开展实地调研,深入了解目前安徽省特色小镇建设的相关政策和发展状态,分析特色小镇的特别之处,得出从产业、文化、旅游三方面加强特色小镇建设,从而可以促进区域经济结构升级、协调城镇发展及促进就业创业,并以特色小镇建设为代表分析安徽省乡村振兴战略实施情况和有关问题,同时给出相应的改进意见。Rural revitalization is the core strategy of the Party and the country to solve the"three rural problems",and the construction of characteristic towns is an important exploration and intuitive embodiment of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.As a traditional agricultural province,Anhui Province′s"three rural problems"is the main obstacle to its modernization and development.Through field survey of some characteristic towns in Anhui Province,in-depth understanding of related policies and development status of the construction of characteristic towns in Anhui Province,the particularity of characteristic towns is analyzed.It comes to the conclusion that strengthening the construction of characteristic towns from three aspects of industry,culture and tourism can promote the upgrading of regional economic structure,coordinate urban development and promote employment and entrepreneurship.Taking the construction of characteristic towns as a representative,it analyzes the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and related problems in Anhui Province,and gives corresponding improvement suggestions.
