摘 要:采用十八烷基二甲基羟乙基季铵硝酸盐(HDC)对导电TiO_(2)晶须(AT)进行有机表面改性,制得改性导电TiO_(2)晶须(MAT)。利用水接触角测试、热分析、傅里叶红外光谱和透射电子显微镜等对MAT进行表征。结果表明,当m(HDC)∶m(AT)=0.05时,改性效果较佳且HDC以物理吸附方式存在AT表面,有机包覆层厚度约为4 nm。将改性前后的导电粉体添加到环氧树脂涂料中,研究导电涂料的流变性能及其涂层的导电性能和力学性能。结果表明,与AT相比,MAT在导电涂料中具有更好的分散性和抗流挂性能,且涂层的导电性能和力学性能更加优异。当MAT质量分数为9%时,导电填料之间相互连接形成三维导电网络,涂层表面电阻可达1.90×10^(6)Ω/sq。此外,MAT环氧导电涂料触变性小且储能模量大,具有较高的稳定性。Octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium nitrate(HDC)is used for organic surface modification of conductive TiO_(2) whiskers(AT)to prepare cationic modified conductive TiO_(2) whiskers(MAT)that is characterized by water contact angle measurement,thermal analysis,Fourier infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that as m(HDC)∶m(AT)=0.05,the modification effect is better HDC is physically adsorbed on the surface of AT,and the thickness of organic coating layer is about 4 nm.The conductive powders before and after the modification are respectively added into epoxy resin coatings to study the rheological properties of conductive coatings,and the conductivity and mechanical properties of the coating.It is shown that compared with AT,MAT has better dispersibility and anti-sagging performance in conductive coatings,and the conductive and mechanical properties of the coating are more excellent.When the amount of MAT added is 9%,the conductive fillers connect to each other to form a three-dimensional conductive network,and the surface resistance of the coating can reach 1.90×10^(6)Ω/sq.In addition,MAT epoxy conductive coatings have low thixotropy,large storage modulus,and high stability.
