摘 要:液压传动由于其可靠性高、同体积下的输出功率大及传动平稳等优点,是起重力矩超千吨米的大型塔机的首选传送形式,但当同一套系统应用于不同型号塔机时,其静态性能基本可以满足工作需求,但动态响应性能不高,因此需要对其进行参数调试以提高与当前塔机的匹配度。本文以液压系统中的变量泵为研究对象,利用AMESim搭建其仿真模型,以仿真分析的手段调整泵变排量机构的元件参数,对液压驱动系统的输出特性进行改进分析,为液压系统与塔机的参数匹配提供参考。Due to its high reliability,large output power under the same volume and stable transmission,hydraulic transmission is the preferred transmission form of large tower crane with lifting torque of more than kiloton meters.However,when the same system is applied to different types of tower crane,its static performance can basically meet the working requirements,but its dynamic response performance is not high.Therefore,it is necessary to debug its parameters to improve the matching degree with the current tower crane.This paper takes the variable displacement pump in the hydraulic system as the research object,uses AMESim to build its simulation model,adjusts the component parameters of the pump variable displacement mechanism by means of simulation analysis,and improves and analyzes the output characteristics of the hydraulic drive system,so as to provide reference for the parameter matching between the hydraulic system and the tower crane.
