摘 要:制造业中自动化的焊接生产线拥有稳定的焊接质量,能够有效提高焊接效率。基于焊接机械臂在机械制造系统中面临的优化设计要求,文章从生产线设计方法出发,首先基于CAD系统上设计焊接生产线中的要点分析,对焊接的误差分析和坐标标定的方法简单介绍。对逐步构建仿真系统后验证仿真模型,完成整条生产线的设备优化设计。随着视觉技术、传感技术和智能控制技术的快速发展及重大变革,文章对生产线设计思路和未来发展趋势简要分析,对焊接机器人生产线设计与应用起到一定的参考意义。The automated welding production line in the manufacturing industry has stable welding quality and can effectively improve the welding efficiency.Based on the optimal design requirements faced by the welding manipulator in the mechanical manufacturing system,the article starts from the production line design method,firstly based on the analysis of the key points in the design of the welding production line on the CAD system,and briefly introduces the method of welding error analysis and coordinate calibration.After the simulation system is gradually built,the simulation model is verified,and the equipment optimization design of the entire production line is completed.With the rapid development and major changes of vision technology,sensing technology and intelligent control technology,this article briefly analyzes the design ideas and future development trends of production lines,which has a certain reference significance for the design and application of welding robot production lines.
