摘 要:介绍了掘采装备行走部调试、检修流程及存在的问题,应用功能分析法,确定了调试、检修支撑架的结构方案。以某型号掘采装备截割臂与稳定靴配合撑起整机为研究对象,计算了调试、检修支撑架载荷、尺寸参数,建立了调试、检修支撑架三维模型。将三维模型导入有限元分析软件ANSYS workbench,模拟实际工况,计算了调试、检修支撑架应力分布和变形量。根据计算结果,进行了支撑架结构优化,并进行了强度校核。最后阐述了掘采装备检修调试支撑架应用情况,为掘采装备可靠性提升奠定了基础。introduced the debugging and maintenance process and existing problems of the walking part of excavation and mining equipment,Using the function analysis method,the structural scheme of commissioning and maintenance tooling was determined,Taking the whole machine supported by the cutting arm and stabilizing shoe of a certain type of excavation and mining equipment as the research object,the load and dimensional parameters of debugging and maintenance tooling were calculated,The three-dimensional model of debugging and maintenance tooling was established.Import the three-dimensional model into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,The stress distribution and deformation of debugging and maintenance tooling were calculated by simulating the actual working conditions.According to the calculation results,the tooling mechanism was optimized and the strength was checked.Finally,the application of maintenance and debugging tooling of excavation and mining equipment was described,which laid a foundation for improving the reliability of excavation and mining equipment.
