摘  要:现有技术凹印版辊的机械加工通常是在多个单机上操作完成的,生产效率低,人员劳动强度大,本文浅析了针对企业实际生产需求设计的采用智能机器人代替人工作业的印刷版辊的自动化加工生产线方案,包含版面辊体加工,辊体做动平衡并粘贴平衡块,两端轴堵加工,压装,焊接,版辊精加工,电镀等工序的自动加工完成。The mechanical processing of the existing technology gravure plate roller is usually completed on multiple single machines,the production efficiency is low,the labor intensity of the personnel is large,this paper analyzes the automatic processing production line scheme designed for the actual production needs of the enterprise using intelligent robots instead of manual operation of the printing plate roller,including the layout roll body processing,the roll body to do the balance and paste the balance block,the two ends of the shaft plugging processing,pressing,welding,plate roll finishing,electroplating and other processes of automatic processing completion.
