摘　　要：根据市场需求,为更好发挥无模铸造设备的优势,提升铸件整体质量及其生产效率。设计开发出铸件打磨机,介绍了铸件打磨机的基本原理及构成,通过介绍铸件打磨机的机构原理,展现铸件打磨机设计到运用的全过程。设备运行可靠、合理,完全满足使用要求。According to the market demand,in order to give better play to the advantages of Dieless casting equipment and improve the overall quality and production efficiency of castings.The casting grinder is designed and developed,and the basic principle and composition of the casting grinder are introduced.Through the introduction of the mechanism principle of the casting grinder,the whole process from the design to the application of the casting grinder is shown.The equipment is reliable and reasonable in operation and fully meets the use requirements.
