摘 要:温升是影响电主轴工作性能的一个重要指标,温升与冷却系统密切相关,在实际加工中不同流量与介质种类均会影响主轴的温度场分布。本文采用单一因素试验法和fluent有限元手段对主轴热态特性进行分析,并利用origin进行数据的拟合,结合相关性系数评价方法,得到了主轴温升与不同流量大小的关系,结果显示主轴的温升与流量呈现倒指数型关系;流量小于某一数值时,水冷温度变化幅度要高于油冷即某一数值下水冷却时,温升随流量变化更敏感;结合温升流量曲线确定最佳流量,有效指导电主轴的流量设定与冷却系统设计。Temperature rise is an important index that affects the performance of the spindle.The temperature rise is closely related to the cooling system.In the actual machining process,different flow rates and types of coolant will affect the temperature field distribution of the spindle.In this paper,single factor experiment method and fluent finite element method are used to analyze the thermal characteristics of the spindle,and the data is fitted with origin,combined with the correlation evaluation index,the relationship between the temperature rise of the spindle and different flow is obtained;the result shows the temperature of the spindle There is an inverse exponential relationship between rise and flow;When the flow rate is less than a certain value,the temperature change of water cooling is higher than that of oil cooling,that is,in the case of water cooling,the temperature rise is more sensitive to changes in flow,and the optimal flow is determined by combining the temperature rise curve,which effectively guides the spindle flow setting and cooling system design.
