摘 要:模态验证技术首要考虑的就是有限元模型与试验模型的相关性分析,利用节点及自由度映射、频率与振型相关性分析、模态匹配,确定计算分析结果和试验结果的误差准则;通过相关性分析,确定计算模态分析结果和试验模态分析结果的验证关系。本文采用有限元分析软件Patran Nastran进行模态分析,应用B&K模态测试系统进行模态测试,并对试验模态与计算模态进行相关性分析,提高立式加工中心动力学模型的准确性。The primary consideration of the modal verification technology is the correlation analysis between the finite element model and the test model,using the nodal and DOF mapping,frequency and mode shape correlation analysis,and modal matching to determine the error criteria for the calculation and analysis results and the test results;Correlation analysis to determine the verification relationship between the calculated modal analysis results and the experimental modal analysis results.In this paper,the finite element analysis software Patran Nastran is used for modal analysis,the B&K modal testing system is used for modal testing,and the correlation analysis between the experimental modal and the calculated modal is carried out to improve the accuracy of the dynamic model of the vertical machining center.
