摘 要:【目的】探明普通菜豆主要农艺性状对单株产量的作用,为普通菜豆高产品种选育、示范推广提供参考依据。【方法】采用相关性分析、通径分析方法对64个普通菜豆品种的开花期、全生育期、株高、主茎分枝、主茎节数、单株荚数、荚长、荚宽、单荚粒数和百粒重10个主要农艺性状与单株产量的相关性进行研究。【结果】单株产量等11个性状的变异系数为8.18%~51.62%,单株产量的变异系数最大,全生育期的最小;单株产量与株高、主茎分枝、主茎节数、单株荚数和百粒重呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.334、0.393、0.433、0.796和0.324,与荚长呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.248;全生育期、单株荚数、单荚粒数及百粒重对单株产量主要是直接作用,主茎节数对单株产量主要是间接作用;影响单株产量最重要的因素是单株荚数(通径系数为0.6506),其次是百粒重(通径系数为0.3767)。【结论】选育高产普通菜豆品种时,应综合考虑单株荚数和百粒重的直接作用及主茎分枝的间接作用。【Objective】The effect of major agronomic traits on yield per plant of common bean is discussed to provide a reference for breeding,demonstration and popularization of high-yield common bean varieties.【Method】The correlations between major agronomic traits of flowering stage,total growth period,height,branches on main stem,internodes on main stem,pods per plant,pod length,pod width,grains per pod and 100-grain weight of 64 common bean varieties and yield per plant are studied by using correlation and path analysis.【Result】The variable coefficient of 11 agronomic traits is 8.18%~51.62%.The variable coefficient of yield per plant and total growth period is the maximum and the minimum separately.The yield per plant is positively and very significantly related to height,branches on main stem,internodes on main stem,pods per plant and 100-grain weight and their correlation coefficients are 0.334,0.393,0.433,0.796 and 0.324 respectively.The yield per plant is positively and significantly related to pod length and the correlation coefficient is 0.248.Total growth period,pods per plant,grains per pod and 100-grain has the direct effect on yield per plant.The internodes on main stem have the indirect effect on yield per plant.The most important factor affecting yield per plant is pods per plant(path coefficient=0.6506),followed by 100-grain weight(path coefficient=0.3767).【Conclusion】The agronomic traits of pods per plant,100-grain weight and branches on main stem affecting yield per plant directly and indirectly should be comprehensively considered in breeding of high-yield common bean varieties.
