摘  要:【目的】探明贺州地区草地贪夜蛾的周年发生动态和筛选出诱集效果最佳的性引诱剂,为草地贪夜蛾的预报和精准防控提供科学依据。【方法】对贺州地区草地贪夜蛾幼虫的发生情况进行为期1年的田间调查,并应用4种性诱剂(NK诱芯、RXD诱芯、QC2019诱芯、QC2020诱芯)对草地贪夜蛾成虫进行监测与性诱剂的诱集效果调查。【结果】在贺州草地贪夜蛾全年均有发生,草地贪夜蛾幼虫在玉米生长旺盛期的5月上中旬和9月上旬发生2个虫口高峰,最高峰发生在9月5日,百株虫量达84头;4种性诱剂对草地贪夜蛾均具有一定的诱集效果,以QC2020诱芯诱蛾效果最优、RXD诱芯次之、QC2019诱芯再次、NK诱芯诱蛾最差;气温对诱芯的诱蛾效果有一定影响,气温与QC2020诱芯诱蛾效果呈显著负相关,高温条件下其诱蛾效果变弱。【结论】贺州草地贪夜蛾全年均有发生,5月上中旬和9月上旬为发生高峰期;性诱剂QC2020诱芯和RXD诱芯可应用于贺州地区草地贪夜蛾的监测预报。【Objective】The sex attractants with the optimal trapping effect of Spodoptera frugiperda are screened by studying the yearly occurrence dynamics of S.frugiperda to provide the scientific basis for forecast,and precise control and prevention of S.frugiperda in Hezhou.【Method】The occurrence status of S.frugiperdalarva larvae in field is investigated in a year and the trapping effect of four sex attractants(NK,RXD,QC2019 and QC2020)on S.frugiperda adults is discussed in Hezhou.【Result】S.frugiperda occurs throughout the year in Hezhou.Two occurrence peaks of S.frugiperda larvae are in early-middle May and early September during the vigorous growth period of maize.The highest peak of S.frugiperda larvae occurs on September 5 and the larva number/100 plants reaches 84.Four sex attractants all have a certain trapping effect on S.frugiperda.QC2020 has the highest trapping effect on S.frugiperda moths,followed by RXD,QC2019 and NK.Temperature has a certain effect on moth-trapping of sex attractants and is negatively related to moth-trapping effect on moth-trapping of QC2020,which means that the moth-trapping effect of QC2020 becomes weaker under high temperature.【Conclusion】S.frugiperda occurs throughout the year in Hezhou.The occurrence peaks of S.frugiperda larvae occurs in early-middle May and early September.Two sex attractants of QC2020 and RXD can be applied in monitoring and forecasting of S.frugiperda in Hezhou.
