摘 要:【目的】探明不同耕作模式下昭通核心烟区植烟土壤细菌多样性,为提高耕地可持续生产能力及烟叶质量提供技术支撑。【方法】利用高通量测序技术,从分子水平分析昭通8个种烟县(区)的新烟区、土传病害发病严重的连作区以及典型轮作区的土壤细菌多样性。【结果】从土壤细菌群落组成看,昭通核心烟区土壤细菌群落包括44个门、138个纲、332个目、486个科和1044个属。变形菌门、放线菌门、酸杆菌门和绿弯菌门为昭通核心烟区土壤细菌群落的优势门,轮作区、连作区和新烟区优势门均为变形菌门,优势属均为鞘氨醇单胞菌属。从土壤细菌群落指示物种看,新烟区土壤细菌群落芽单胞菌属的相对丰度显著高于连作区和轮作区,连作区链霉菌属的相对丰度显著高于新烟区和轮作区,轮作区鞘氨醇单胞菌属的相对丰度显著高于新烟区和连作区。连作区土壤细菌群落特有物种多于新烟区和轮作区。从土壤细菌群落生物多样性特征看,轮作区土壤细菌群落生物多样性最高,连作区略高于新烟区。从细菌群落功能看,连作区土壤细菌群落代谢功能潜力最高,新烟区次之,轮作区最低。【结论】昭通核心烟区土壤细菌群落组成具有多样性,轮作区土壤细菌群落的生物多样性最高;轮作区、连作区和新烟区的土壤细菌优势门均为变形菌门,优势属均为鞘氨醇单胞菌属;连作区土壤细菌群落特有物种多于新烟区和轮作区,土壤细菌群落代谢功能潜力最高。【Objective】The diversity of soil bacteria in Zhaotong core tobacco-growing area under different tillage patterns is explored,which provide technology support for improving the ability of sustainable development of cultivated land and leaf quality.【Method】High-throughput sequencing technology is used to analyze the soil bacterial diversity at the molecular level in eight tobacco counties(districts)in Zhaotong,including new tobacco-growing areas and continuous cropping areas with serious soil-borne diseases,and typical rotation areas.【Result】From the perspective of bacterial community composition in soil,the soil bacterial community in the Zhaotong core tobacco-growing area includes 44 phyla,138 classes,332 orders,486 families,and 1044 genera.Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Acidobacteria,and Chloroflexi are the dominant phyla of the soil bacterial community in Zhaotong core tobacco-growing area.Proteobacteria is the dominant phylum and Sphingomonas is the dominant genus in new tobacco-growing area,continuous cropping area and typical rotation area.From the perspective of indicator species of soil bacterial community,the relative abundance of Gemmatimonas in the new tobacco area is significantly higher than that in the continuous cropping area and rotation area,and the relative abundance of Streptomyces in the continuous cropping area is significantly higher than that in new tobacco area and rotation area,and the relative abundance of Sphingomonas in rotation area is significantly higher than that in new tobacco area and continuous cropping area.In terms of biological diversity characteristics of soil bacterial community,the biological diversity in rotation area is the most abundant,and biological diversity of continuous are is higher than that of new tobacco area.As for bacterial community function,the metabolic potential of the soil bacterial community is the highest in the continuous cropping tobacco zone,followed by the new tobacco zone,and lowest in the rotation tobacco zone.【Conclusion】The compos
