摘  要:【目的】探明菁松A、菁松B和皓月A等12个家蚕品种对1~2龄、1~4龄和全龄人工饲料育的效果,以期为生产应用及育种提供技术支撑。【方法】采用家蚕种质资源数据质量控制规范要求,研究12个家蚕品种对1~2龄、1~4龄和全龄人工饲料饲育方式的适应性及饲养效果。【结果】1~2龄、1~4龄和全龄人工饲料饲育后菁松A、菁松B和皓月A等12个家蚕品种的5龄和全龄经过均差异明显,各品种间最大相差58.0 h和113.5 h;幼虫生命率、死笼率和虫蛹统一生命率也差异明显,各品种间最大相差85.14百分点、74.14百分点和86.73百分点;全茧量、茧层量和茧层率均差异明显,各品种间最大相差0.96 g/个、0.22 g/个和10.42百分点;对人工饲料适应性较好的饲育方式为1~2龄人工饲料育,全龄人工饲料育较差;人工饲料不同饲育方式家蚕间死笼率的变幅均最大,变异系数分别为120.68%、93.99%和40.68%,全龄经过的变幅均最小,分别为1.49%、3.86%和4.98%。【结论】1~2龄、1~4龄和全龄人工饲料饲育后菁松A、菁松B和皓月A等12个家蚕品种的龄期经过、生命力、全茧量、茧层量和茧层率等均表现出明显差异,对人工饲料适应性较好的饲育方式为1~2龄人工饲料育,人工饲料各饲育方式12个家蚕品种均以死笼率的变幅最大,全龄经过的变幅最小。【Objective】The rearing effect of three artificial diet rearing patterns(during the 1^(st)~2^(nd) instar,1^(st)~4^(th) instar and all-instars)on the instar duration of 12 silkworm varieties is explored to provide the technological support for production application and breeding of silkworm varieties.【Method】The adaptability and rearing effect of 12 silkworm varieties to three artificial diet rearing patterns are studied according to the standard requirement for data quality control of silkworm germplasm resource.【Result】There are obvious differences in the 5^(th) instar duration and all-instars duration among 12 silkworm varieties after artificial diet rearing during the 1^(st)~2^(nd) instar,1^(st)~4^(th) instar and all-instars and the maximum differences in the 5^(th) instar duration and all-instars duration among 12 silkworm varieties reach 58.0 h and 113.5 h respectively.There are obvious differences in larva life rate,dead cocoon rate and larva-pupa life rate among 12 silkworm varieties and the maximum differences in larva life rate,dead cocoon rate and larva-pupa life rate among 12 silkworm varieties reach 85.14 percentage points,74.14 percentage points and 86.73 percentage points separately.There are obvious differences in cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate among 12 silkworm varieties and the maximum differences in cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate among 12 silkworm varieties reach 0.96 g/cocoon,0.22 g/cocoon and 10.42 percentage points respectively.The rearing pattern with good adaptability to artificial diet rearing is the artificial diet rearing during the 1^(st)~2^(nd) instar and the performance of the artificial diet rearing during the all-instars is poor.The change range in dead cocoon rate of 12 silkworm varieties is the maximum among three rearing patterns and the variable coefficient of the 1^(st)~2^(nd) instar,1^(st)~4^(th) instar and all-instars artificial diet rearing patterns is 120.68%,93.99%and 40.68%.The change range in all-instars durati
