摘  要:【目的】探明白花前胡种子萌发和幼苗生长对水分的需求,为白花前胡抗旱品种选育及种植适宜水分条件选择提供科学依据。【方法】采用不同浓度PEG-6000〔0%(CK)、3%、5%、8%、10%、15%和20%〕模拟干旱程度,研究干旱胁迫对白花前胡种子萌发的影响;采用土培法结合自然干旱,研究干旱时间〔0 d(CK)、2 d、4 d和6 d〕对白花前胡幼苗生理生化特性的影响。【结果】3%PEG-6000处理白花前胡种子的发芽率为91.43%,为CK的1.06倍;5%~20%PEG-6000处理白花前胡种子的发芽率较CK下降12%~100%,且浓度越高降幅越大;发芽势和发芽指数均与PEG-6000溶液的浓度成反比,3%~20%PEG-6000处理,与CK相比,发芽势下降27.15%~100%,发芽指数下降8.00%~100%,且二者各处理与CK均差异显著。随着自然干旱时间的延长,白花前胡幼苗叶片中丙二醛含量先降低后升高,为6 d>4 d>CK(0 d)>2 d,SPAD值和过氧化物酶活性呈先升后降趋势,分别为2 d>4 d>6 d>CK和2 d>CK>4 d>6 d;相对电导率和可溶性蛋白含量分别为17.49%~46.89%和0.134~0.851 mg/g,呈持续上升趋势。【结论】适度的干旱有利于白花前胡种子萌发,白花前胡幼苗能忍受短时间的干旱胁迫。【Objective】The water requirement of the seed germination and seedling growth of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn is explored,which provides scientific reference for selecting and planting of anti-drought P.praeruptorum and choosing water condition that suitable for planting.【Method】Different concentrations of PEG-6000[0%(CK),3%,5%,8%,10%,15%and 20%]are used to stimulate the drought conditions,so that the effects of drought stress on the seed germination of P.praeruptorum are explored.Also,soil culture and nature drought are used to study the effects of different drought days[0 d(CK),2 d,4 d and 6 d]on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of seedlings.【Result】The seeds germination rate of P.praeruptorum treated by 3%PEG-6000 was 91.43%,which was 1.06 times of CK;The germination rates treated by 5%~20%PEG-6000 decreased by 12%~100%compared with CK and the higher the concentration,the greater the decrease.Germination potential and germination indexes were all inversely proportional to the concentration of PEG-6000.Compared with CK,the germination potential and germination indexes of seeds treated by 3%~20%PEG-6000 were decreased by 27.15%~100%and 8%~100%,respectively.The two treatments both were significantly different from CK.With the extension of natural drought time,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in seedling leaves of P.praeruptorum decreased at first and then increased,which was 6 d>4 d>CK(0 d)>2 d in turn,SPAD value and peroxidase(POD)activity increased at first and then decreased,which was 2 d>4 d>6 d>CK and 2 d>CK>4 d>6 d,respectively.The relative conductivity and the content of soluble protein showed upward trend continually,as the values were 17.49%~46.89%and 0.134~0.851 mg/g respectively.【Conclusion】Moderate drought is beneficial to the seed germination of P.praeruptorum,and seedling of P.praeruptorum can resist drought stress in short days.
