摘  要:钞票纸浆、精制棉、罗布麻纤维煮练、蒸漂制浆过程中,皂化脱脂、脱胶一般在90~130℃进行,饱和蒸汽119.62℃,对应的表压0.1 MPa,在此工况下,加入压缩空气压力增加到0.7 MPa,压力升高后,反应温度保持119.62℃不变,升高的压力,加快药液渗透,加快化学反应,去除疵点和黄皮,提高产品质量。The saponification, degreasing and degumming are generally carried out at 90~130°C, the saturated steam is 119.62°C, the corresponding surface pressure is 0.1 MPa, and the compressed air pressure increases to 0.7 MPa. Under this condition, when the pressure was increased, the reaction temperature remained constant at 119.62 °C, and the high pressure accelerated the penetration of the medical solution, accelerated the chemical reaction, removed the defects and wampee, and improved the quality of the product.
