摘  要:以漂白竹浆和漂白针叶木浆为原料配抄书画纸,为提高书画纸物理强度和润墨性能,通过改变磨浆间隙及段数、浆料配比条件,分析不同条件对书画纸物理强度的影响,探索书画纸制备工艺优化条件下的润墨性。结果表明:竹浆疏解时加入氢氧化钠利于纤维吸水润胀;在磨浆间隙0.4 mm及段数为一段条件下,以漂白竹浆与针叶木浆按90:10比例配抄书画纸展现出较优的物理性能,浆张撕裂度263.35 mN、断裂长2.43 km和耐老化白度绝对值下降0.47%,关键性能指标达到书画纸国家标准。不仅如此,在上述工艺条件下,经中试车间制备出的书画纸,其物理性能和润墨锁墨性能均优于市售书画纸。With bleached bamboo pulp and bleached softwood pulp as raw materials to prepare painting and calligraphy paper,in order to improve the physical strength and wetting property of Chinese ink of painting and calligraphy paper,Through the way changing the refining gap,the number of refining,and the ratio of pulp,the effects of different conditions on the physical strength of calligraphy and painting paper were analyzed.The influence effect of calligraphy and painting paper was explored,and wetting property of Chinese ink under the optimized conditions of the production process of painting and calligraphy paper was explored.The experimental results show that the addition of sodium hydroxide during the de-defibering of bamboo pulp is more conducive to fiber dispersion,which can effectively improve the wetting property of Chinese ink and bulk of the calligraphy and painting paper.The painting and calligraphy paper with bleached bamboo pulp and softwood pulp ratio of 90:10 showed excellent physical properties.Its tear resistance was 263.35 mN,the breaking length was 2.43 km,and the absolute value of aging resistance decreased by 0.47%.The key performance index has reached the national standard for painting and calligraphy paper.Not only that,under the abovementioned process conditions,the calligraphy and painting paper prepared by the pilot plant has better physical properties and inkmoistening and ink-locking properties than the commercially available calligraphy and painting paper.
