摘　　要：为研究粉体烟草负载到多孔卷烟用纸后对纸张物化指标的影响,选取代表性的卷烟纸和高透气成形纸,利用涂布机将粉体烟草转移到纸张中,对比分析了卷烟纸和高透气度成形纸涂布前后的物化参数变化。结果表明:(1)助剂对烟草粉体负载量及负载稳定性的影响有限甚至不影响。(2)添加不同含量粉体烟草,卷烟纸、高透成形纸定量均上升,但不同设计添加含量之间差异并不明显。(3)随着烟草粉体设计涂布量的增加,卷烟纸和高透成形纸透气度均呈下降趋势,但对透气度变异系数的影响程度存在差异。(4)通过涂布转移粉体烟草到卷烟纸和高透成形纸后对纸张D65亮度有明显影响,高透成形纸D65亮度下降34.9%,卷烟纸D65亮度下降29.1%。(5)负载不同含量烟草粉体后,卷烟纸和高透成形纸的L值均呈下降趋势,a值亦呈下降趋势,b值呈上升趋势。(6)负载不同含量粉体烟草对卷烟纸化学指标无明显影响。In order to study the effect of powdered tobacco loaded into porous cigarette paper on the physicochemical indexes of paper,the powdered tobacco was transferred to paper by customized coater,and then the physicochemical parameters of coated paper and base paper were tested.The differences of parameter changes between cigarette paper and high porous plug paper were compared.The results showed that:(1) processing aids have limited or no effect on the load capacity and load stability of tobacco powder.(2)The basis weight of cigarette paper and high porous plug paper increased with the addition of different content of powdered tobacco,but the difference between the addition contents of different designs was not obvious.(3) With an increase of the designed coating amount of tobacco powder,the porosity of cigarette paper and high porous plug paper decreased,but the influence on the coefficient of variation of air permeability was different.(4) D65 brightness of paper was significantly affected by coating and transferring powdered tobacco to cigarette paper and high porous plug paper.The D65 brightness of high porous plug paper and cigarette paper decreased 34.9% and 29.1% separately.(5) After loading different contents of tobacco powder,the L and a value of cigarette paper and high porous plug paper showed a downward trend,while the b value showed an upward trend.(6) Loading different content of powdered tobacco had no significant effect on the chemical indexes of cigarette paper.
