摘  要:为解决目前造纸法再造烟叶行业制丝工艺加工过程中普遍存在的掉粉掉渣问题。通过分析造碎物的组成结构,探讨打浆度、制浆工艺环节添加剂、填料碳酸钙、片形对再造烟叶片基及成品造碎率的影响。结果表明造碎物的构成为再造烟叶边缘纤维毛状脱落物,原料配方中的烟灰、烟灰棒产生的颗粒及粉末、填料碳酸钙的掉落及烟梗、木浆打浆过程中产生的少量短小纤维的掉落物。再造烟叶片基及成品的造碎率与打浆度成负相关的线性关系,可分别由公式y=-0.1026x+9.321和y=-0.149x+13.899表示,线性相关系数R2分别达到0.9407和0.9863。助剂阳离子瓜尔胶在制浆工艺环节使用能有效改善再造烟叶的造碎率,当添加量为0.2%时,造碎率的降幅达到29.57%。成品切丝造碎率与碳酸钙添加比例的关系式可由y=0.65x+1.44来表示,其线性相关系数R~2为0.9873。片形对再造烟叶制丝过程的造碎物的产生有较大的影响,片形对切丝造碎物产生的含量影响从低到高分别为正六边形>四边形>不规则片形。在造纸法再造烟叶的生产过程中适当的提升制浆过程中的打浆度、制浆过程中使用适量的过程添加剂、控制填料碳酸钙的使用量、使用正六边形再造烟叶分切机,能够有效地降低再造烟叶成品制丝过程中的造碎率,减少造碎物对卷烟加工工艺的影响。此研究为提升造纸法再造烟叶的有效利用率提供一定的依据和基础。In order to solve the problem of powder and slag drop during the cut tobacco manufacturing process in the reconstituted tobacco industry by paper making process,by analyzing the composition structure of manufacturing debris,the effects of beating degree,additives in pulping process,filler calcium carbonate,and flake shape on the fragmentation rate of reconstituted tobacco basic sheet and finished products were discussed.The result showed that the compositions of the manufacturing debris included hairy casts of fibers at the edge of reconstituted tobacco,tobacco ash in the raw materials,particles and powder produced by the tobacco pellets and a small quantity of casts of short and small fibers processed during dropping of filler calcium carbonate and beating of tobacco stem and wood pulp.There is a negative linear relationship between the fragmentation rate of the reconstituted tobacco basic sheet and the finished product with the beating degree,which can be expressed by the formulas y=-0.1026 x+9.321 and y=-0.149 x+13.899 respectively,and the linear correlation coefficients R~2 reach 0.9407 and 0.9863 respectively.The use of auxiliary Cation Guar Gum(CGG) in the pulping process can effectively improve the fragmentation rate of reconstituted tobacco.When the addition rate is 0.2%,the fragmentation rate can be decreased by 29.57%;the relation between the fragmentation rate of cutting of finished product and addition rate of calcium carbonate can be expressed as y=0.65 x+1.44,with the linear relation coefficient R~2=0.9873.The flake shape has a great influence on the generation of shreds in the process of reconstituted tobacco silk making.The influence of flake shape on the content of shredded shreds from low to high is regular six deformation> quadrilateral> irregular flake shape.By appropriately increasing the beating degree in puling process in the manufacturing process of reconstituted tobacco produced by paper making process,using an appropriate amount of process additives during pulping process and controlling
