蛋白净化剂改善表面淀粉胶使用性能的实践

摘　　要：采用一种复合型蛋白净化剂对文化纸表面施胶淀粉胶液进行净化处理的应用情况。实践表明:蛋白净化剂对绝干淀粉的适宜比例为10%时,此条件下胶液黏度和成纸表面强度变化不大,胶液系统不同部位的冲刷周期均明显延长,与胶料相关的施胶机断纸和纸病明显减少,吨纸施胶成本降低7.8元。The application of a compound protein purifying agent in purifying starch sizing solution on the surface of the cultural paper is introduced.The practice shows that when the ratio of protein purifying agent to absolute dry starch is 10%,the viscosity of the sizing solution and the surface strength of the paper change little,and the scouring period of different parts of the sizing system was prolonged obviously,the paper breakage and paper defects of the sizing machine related to the sizing material were also reduced obviously,and the cost of sizing per ton of paper was reduced by 7.8 yuan.
